With over a decade of experience as an operational manager and C-suite executive assistant, I have developed strong expertise in optimizing operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives across diverse environments. My career began as a certified dental assistant, but it quickly evolved into impactful leadership and project management roles. Beyond my professional career, I have contributed significantly to my church plant, working alongside my husband to oversee training and development for leadership, membership building, scheduling travel, and leading the marriage ministry. These experiences have deepened my commitment to fostering strong vendor and stakeholder relationships, promoting teamwork, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration. Known for my dependability and excellent time management, I navigate complex challenges with a detail-oriented approach and a focus on conflict management.

Outside of work, I am a proud mother of three who loves spending time with family and friends. I enjoy traveling, relaxing with puzzle and word games, and cheering on my favorite football team. I’m excited to connect with others who share a passion for operational excellence and strategic growth!
